About KeyDocket
Keys are small. The problems they cause are not.
KeyDocket is physical key management software for property teams — letting agents, property managers, facilities teams and contractors who need to know, at any moment, who holds which key and when it is due back.
Why we built it
Most property teams still track keys in a spreadsheet, a paper book, or a drawer with a label on it. That works until two people need the same set, a contractor forgets to return it, or a tenancy ends and nobody can say who last had the keys. We built KeyDocket to replace the guesswork with one shared digital key register that everyone can trust.
What it does
Every key set gets a printed label with a QR code. Scanning the label opens the matching key record, so a team member can check a set out, hand it over, or record a return in seconds — from the office or from a phone at the property. Each movement is attributed and timestamped, building a custody history you can rely on when a key goes missing or a deadline slips.
How we work
We keep the product deliberately focused: a clear register, clean handovers and a truthful history — no GPS tracking gimmicks, no hardware lock-in, and no claims about proof a label cannot provide. KeyDocket is currently in pilot release. Accounts and shared workspaces are live; billing and integrations are not included yet.
